Non - Immigrant Visa "B" (employment)
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand for the purpose of employment. The validity of visa is 3 months. The permitted length of stay is up to 90 days from the date of arrival in Thailand.
Required documents:
- Visa application form which is completely filled out and signed by the applicant.
- Original and a copy of passport or travel document (must not expire within 180 days and contain at least two complete empty visa pages).
- One photo of the applicant (4 x 6 cm, taken within 6 months).
- An original letter of invitation from the business host in Thailand stating the purpose of hiring the applicant to the Royal Thai Embassy, Tehran (with a signed copy of the ID card of an employer (Thai national) or work permit of an employer (foreigner)).
- An original approval letter from the Department of Employment regarding the “WP. 32” form submitted on behalf of the applicant by the employer, or an approval letter from the Office of the Board of Investment (BOI).
- Form of employment certification (According to the Department of Employment)
(Form WP. 46).
- A copy of the Company Certificate (certified by the Registrar not more than 6 months) or a copy of the Company registration certificate (Form Por.Kor.0401).
- Memorandum of Association and List of Shareholders (Form Bor.Or.Jor.5) (certified by the Registrar not more than 6 months).
- A copy of the latest financial statements (balance sheets; profit & loss statement) (certified by Ministry of Commerce or Revenue Department) and form for submitting financial statements (Form Sor.Bor.Chor.3).
- A copy of Income Tax Return for Companies or Juristic Partnerships of the latest year (Form Por.Ngor.Dor.50/51) (certified by Ministry of Commerce or Revenue Department), together with the receipt.
- A copy of the certificate of VAT registration (Form Por.Por.20), Application VAT Revising (Form Por.Por.09), Application VAT Registration (Form Por.Por.01).
- Monthly Value Added Tax Returns (VAT) (Form Por.Por.30), VAT Return-imported goods/ services and certain non-Thai resident supplies (Form. Por. Por 36).
- A copy of the list of withholding income tax of Thai employees (Form Por.Ngor.Dor.1) (for the past 3 months, together with the attached list of all Thai employees, showing the first to the last names, and the receipt).
- Social Security Form 1-10 (SSO. 1 - 10) of the last 3 months.
- Evidence of educational qualification (English version and certified by Iranian Authority)
- Certificate of criminal record clearance from the country of residence (English version and certified by Iranian Authority)
- Certificate of employment issued by the foreigner’s former employer (may be required).
- Certification Form for Education and Work Experience (Form Sor.tor.mor.4) (with a copy the ID card witness, Signed by witness) (may be required).
- Approximately 6-7 color photographs of the Company’s building, Company’s signage, environment of workplace where the employees are working, office desks or building or warehouse, which show the nature of work, foreigner photo taken with director and attach a certified true copy of director’s ID card.
- Location map of the company.

- Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary.
- Visa Fee must be paid in Euro only. Visa Fees are not refundable in any cases.
- Legal migration procedures: In case a false or forged document is submitted in the framework of a visa application the visa will be refused and may be prosecuted.
