Tourist Visa (Multiple Entries)

<REQUIRED DOCUMENTS>

1. Valid Passport not less than 6 months and has at least TWO completely empty pages.
2. Visa Application Form and one colour photograph (size 3.5×4.5cm) (with white background) taken within 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
3. A copy of passport and ID card
4. An original bank statement or financial certificate (in English only)
   The bank statement or financial certificate must contain the amount at least 4,000,000,000 IRR per person or at least 8,000,000,000 IRR per family.
   • Applicant under the age of 20 years who do not have their own bank account is required to submit a bank statement or financial certificate of either father or mother with the amount
   at least 8,000,000,000 IRR.
   • The bank statement of certificate must provide the turnover period at least 6 months.
   • Copy of bank statement or financial certificate is not acceptable.
5. Airline ticket or flight booking confirmation (original document) 
   • Must be issued by airline or travel company and must contain the applicant's name, flight number, and date of arrival and departure.
   • A minimum of two inbound and outbound tickets.
6. Evidence of accommodations for the entire duration of stay in Thailand (original document), please provide one of following documents; 
   6.1 Hotel booking confirmation (corresponds to the air ticket)
        6.2 In case of owning condominium / apartment / house : Copy of applicant's ownership is required
        6.3 In case of renting condominium / apartment / house : Copy of the lease agreement
   (not expire) and landlord's ID card is required.
        6.4 In case of staying with friend or family, the following documents from A-B is required
               A. Invitation Letter from friend or family (including name of the writer, relationship with the applicant, address for staying, length of stay, contact, and signature of the writer).
               B. One copy of Identification Card (ID Card) of friend or family
                   • In case of Thai national, must submit a copy of ID card and House Registration which include address and name.
                   • In case of foreigner, must submit a copy of passport (photo page and valid visa pages) and, in case of foreigner legally working in Thailand, must also submit a copy of valid work permit.

7. Proof of permanent residence in Iran

Notes:

• Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary.
• Visa Fee must be paid in cash only. Visa Fees are not refundable in any cases.
• Legal migration procedures: In case a false or forged document is submitted in the framework of a visa application the visa will be refused and may be prosecuted.
• Applicant must apply in person at the Royal Thai Embassy
