1. Family of a Thai national (Immediate family includes spouse and children)

Required Documents

1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
2. Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months.
3. Proof of financial income of at least 800,000,000 IRR/Month (e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, proof of sponsorship from a third party).
4. Proof of relationship to a family in Thailand
    4.1 Spouse of a Thai national:
          - Marriage certificate
          - A copy of an ID card of a Thai spouse
    4.2 Children of a Thai national / Legally adopted child of a Thai national:
          - Birth Certificate / Certificate of adoption
          - A copy of an ID card of a Thai parent
    4.3 Parent of a Thai national:
          - Birth Certificate / Certificate of adoption
          - A copy of an ID card of a Thai children
5. Details of accommodation in Thailand
6. Invitation letter from your spouse/child/parent indicated that you are his/her immediate family and he/she acknowledges your visit
7. Travel Booking confirmation
8. Copy of residence card or other evidence to prove that the applicant is legally residing in Iran.

2. Family of a non-Thai national.

Ordinary passport holders wishing to stay with a family who is a non-Thai national in the following circumstances can apply for the Non-Immigrant type O Visa.

• Spouse/children (under 20 years old)/parents (father and mother) of a non-Thai national who is allowed to stay in Thailand legally.

Required Documents

1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
2. Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months.
3. Financial evidence of applicant of at least 400,000,000 IRR per person or 800,000,000 IRR per family (e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, proof of sponsorship from a third party). 
4. Copy of the visa or work permit of a spouse, parent, or child who is currently residing or working in Thailand
5. Proof of family relationship with a spouse, parent, or child who is currently residing or working in Thailand, e.g. copy of marriage certificate or birth certificate, registration of legitimate child, household registration certificate, adoption certificate, or other evidence issued by the competent authorities or government agency
6. Details of accommodation in Thailand
7. Invitation letter from spouse/child/parent indicated that the applicant is his/her immediate family and he/she acknowledges the applicant's visit to Thailand.
8. Proof of financial income of the applicant's spouse/child/parent in Thailand.
9. Travel Booking confirmation
10. Copy of residence card or other evidence to prove that the applicant is legally residing in Iran.
